About Our cleaning and restoration process. “Including the accessories that goes with the bag.
We clean the leather which may leave the Vachetta leather with a softer feel than you are used to on a vintage bag. The Patina will return over time, but care needs to be taken avoid getting oils or water on these areas. We use our special conditioner to restore the canvas portions of the bag. This leaves a shiny and even a slight slick feel which will dissipate over time. All brass is polished. Also the handles were wrapped with clear cellphone for hygiene purposes only .
We Ship via USPS priority mail or UPS ground for larger items. We typically ship our items with in 10-15business days or maybe sooner. We carefully pack and insure every item. Tracking number will be provided when the item ships. Extra-large items might need extra days for handling and shipping.
We cannot accommodate to ship any faster than we are allowed.
